Warranty Details 

All returned products must include an original receipt or other proof of purchase. Returned products must be in or with original packaging. Products are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee if they have been used, laundered, monogrammed, or have been damaged due to improper or unreasonable use. Custom-order products, including products with cut fabric yardage, are not eligible for the Guarantee. All products returned pursuant to the 30-Day Guarantee are subject to return approval. Peacock Alley reserves the right to inspect and return products to the customer if they are not acceptable. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back with a letter stating our reason for denying the request.
