This has not helped my back issues at all, in fact, it is making them worse. I just returned from a trip and slept on much cheaper mattresses. My sciatica felt completely healed. Returned to this mattress for one night and my back problems returned. Super frustrated because they did me a “favor” by letting me upgrade from last mattress that didn’t work, and because it was a “favor” (I didn’t have good enough proof the mattress was damaging my back) I can’t return this. Stay away.

For being a medical professional, sleep for me is very important. I can really see and feel the difference in the way my day is going when I do not get the proper amount of sleep. So, I went with Helix Twilight Luxe with Glacio Tex Cooling cover + cool force layer and ergo align layer, One month later I can definitely can feel the difference in getting good sleep for being a side sleeper. I am usually tossing and turning in bed, but I do less of it with this mattress. Also, I am a hot sleeper and this cooling cover is Fantastic, So, if your looking for a good night's rest I would recommend this mattress and brand.

The firmness took some getting used to but after a few weeks we are loving it!

Love my Helix mattress! I have neck and back issues with degenerative joint disease, and this mattress lets me sleep through the night without waking up stiff and in pain.
