Harder than I expected, but has improved my sleep and back problems .

I'm a healthcare professional, and I've had my Helix mattress for months now and it has checked all of my expectations, my quality of sleep has greatly improved, and the aches and pains from bad postural support from my old mattress have gone away. Its thermoregulating component helps me as a hot-natured individual get that comfortable sleep that I've been looking for. I'm so impressed with this bed that I've already recommended this to my family and friends. As a nurse, quality sleep is very essential for us to have to better function and serve our patients in the clinical setting.

It is a good mattress for people that sleep on their back and side, but if you need to set on the top of it as I did it is terrible and you will get back pain. Of course mattress is not a chair and it was not it's purpose. But I am in post partum and use to spend a lot of time sitted nursing the baby and it was a bad surprise that I was not able to use the mattress for it. I will keep it because it is good for sleep purposes.

As a side sleeper with chronic back pain, finding the right mattress has been a struggle for years. Since getting this mattress, my sleep has improved significantly. It has the perfect balance of softness and support. The mattress also stays cool at night which is a big win for my husband. He has not woken up sweating since receiving our new mattress. If you’re a side sleeper dealing with back pain, I cannot recommend this mattress enough.
