The bed didn’t work for me - I found it to be too soft and I took a refund as it was my second try with Helix. So my four star rating is not about the mattress, though I’m sure it’s a perfectly good mattress. It just wasn’t right for me. It’s about the company. I cannot say enough good things about Helix. It was clear to me that they really want you to get the mattress that’s right for you. They give you longer than most companies to try out their mattress. They upgraded to the glaciatex for me and didn’t charge. They immediately responded and offered a refund when I let them know the second try wasn’t working and they made it happen early even though they ask for 30 days trial. They were kind. So, I’m sorry their mattresses didn’t work for me, but I would recommend Helix to anybody.

Sleepi g on this bed what's going to make All my dreams come true! The very first knot of sleeping well. I didn't. It was not what I was expecting. I wanted plush, and it just wasn't there for me. But I decided I would take my Time and sleep on this bed, as long as I could to see if maybe it would change. But it hasn't So i'm going to ask for refund. . sorry to have to return this bed. I sleep worse than I did before. And I hate it so bad.
