Right out of box, it seems a bit unusual. The unwrapping and waited 2-hours still looks like it came out of a box. I wish they would ship without stuffing into a box. Next morning it got a little better. Time will tell

This mattress is too firm for me. I am a side sleeper and I’m unable to do on this mattress comfortably. I am returning this mattress after 3 weeks of sleeping on it. Furthermore, I can still smell the mattress.

I think the mattress is incredibly comfortable and I have slept well since day one. The only issue I have is with the GlacioTex cooling pillow top. It doesn’t provide cooling; my night sweats are as terrible as ever. It was an extra charge and doesn’t seem to be effective.

This mattress was recommended for me through ChatGDP. Im glad I followed the recommendation as this is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I can feel the cooling from the mattress while sleeping under my comforter. Its worth every penny for a great nights sleep. Highly recommend.
