Great mattress and quick delivery, but do not purchase the haul-away service. The pro sent was utterly unprepared and disappeared after realizing it would be impossible to haul away a king-size mattress by himself with no truck or car.

When I received the mattress is a rectangular box I wasnt sure what would happen. But it was easy to unpack you just need space for it to expand. I slept on it last night and it was everything advertised for a side sleeper. Soft and comfortable with the support I need. I woke up without a backache for the first time in weeks. Thank you.
