Fabulous for a side/back sleeper. Comfy and just the right amount of cushioning.

I have never slept better. Truly a life changer. Less stress, more relaxation. Cannot recommend this more.

It’s not right for me. Too soft maybe? Difficult to get off of it when in the center.

Overall, a comfortable mattress but I feel as though I am already rolling into the middle of it. It doesn’t feel flat. I also still feel warm on it and my hip pain in the morning is only slightly better than before.

I went down a rabbit hole about what mattress I should use for my back. At first we had chosen a purple mattress but after about 6 months I was waking up in such pain I looked to Reddit and Facebook for suggestions and a lot of people suggested the helix mattress. I waited to give my review, because I really wanted to test it. The mattress is very comfortable. I would give it a 4. 5, but there was no in-between with the stars. In my review, while my back pain is better, the mattress doesn't alleviate it. It does make your sleep more comfortable, and the sleep difficulty is not as bad,

Mattress too firm with insert and too soft with other insert

Absolutely love this mattress. Our last mattress was in real bad shape. I did some online quizzes to see what we would match up with and it was always between helix and another mattress. I'm so glad we went with helix. I have recommended this to other friends and family.

I have been sleeping so much better. This mattress is cooler and it also helps with my pressure points. My husband says I don’t toss and turn anymore!
