As a firefighter working 24-hour shifts, my sleep is constantly interrupted and unpredictable. After hearing about the Helix Midnight Elite on The Shawn Ryan Show and the Andrew Huberman podcast, I spent months comparing options but kept coming back to this one. I finally pulled the trigger, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. From the very first night, I was impressed. The mattress feels incredibly supportive yet soft in all the right places. I immediately started sleeping better, noticed significantly more REM sleep, and began waking up actually feeling rested instead of sore and stiff. After a month and a half of ownership, the benefits are even clearer: I have fewer body aches, noticeably more energy during shifts, and I’m performing better at work. If you’re a shift worker, athlete, or anyone who needs quality sleep to recover from demanding days, I can’t recommend the Helix Midnight Elite enough. It’s been a game-changer for me.
