After five months the mattress lost all its support. My partner and I struggle with back problems from hard work schedules and at first we thought this mattress was the solution to getting a good nights rest. Unfortunately the mattress is so unsupportive that if I lightly move on one side it shakes my partner on the other side. Regret investing in this mattress

We've had our Helix Dusk Luxe for a few weeks. My husband likes it okay - it took some getting used to for him. He sleeps very hot, and it has not helped with that despite the "cooling" features. For me, it feels top firm while also not offering enough support. I know that seems contradictory, but let me explain. . . It's too firm when I lay on it, but I feel like it sinks in when I sit on the edge. We went on vacation, and the mattresses were more comfortable where we were. I'm disappointed to spend that much on a mattress and not love it. I'm giving it the full 30 days, then may see about switching for a softer one.

This mattress is one of the best mattresses around. It is both firm and soft. Easy delivery easy setup! I would recommend this product to my friends

It is a good mattress, good quality. Arrived very easy and on time. I am a back sleep over and I wanted a good mattress so I did not wake up sore, but sometimes I do. I am not sure if I need a better mattress. But this is a nice starter one. I got the medium softness.

Every bed I've owned in my life has been some cheap flimsy spring filled bed that would always end up lumpy and uncomfortable over time. This was my first big splurge on a nice mattress, and let me tell you, I've not had an ounce of buyer's remorse. Being in this bed is like a dream, better than any bed I've slept on ever in my life. Cannot recommend this enough, it's helped lower the amount of back pain I feel when I wake up so much.

It’s a perfect mix of soft and supportive. I’m impressed with this mattress.

Only a few weeks in but from night one I slept all night. No hip or shoulder pain waking me up. Motion isolation is awesome compared to my old foam mattress. Once I got the right pillow height to adjust for less sinking I was good. My wife, who weighs 100 pounds less than me also loves the bed.

Great support for having a soft pillow top. Back pain reduced. Extra support coils in middle of bed helps with back pain. Firmness level 6. 5/10. Could sleep cooler considering I optioned the cooler topper cover so can’t determined if the extra cost is worth it.
