DO NOT PAY FOR THE MATTRESS HAUL-AWAY SERVICE!! Mattress was fine but I am returning it because it killed our backs. Might be better for others. I'm giving this 1-star because I have now waited on (3) different occasions for the old mattress to get taken away (a service I paid for!!) and they have no-showed on all three occasions. I have spent countless hours on the phone with Wayfair and Angi scheduling and rescheduling this haul-away and the mattress is still in my garage. Totally not worth all this.

I’m mainly a back sleeper by the end of the night but side sleep to fall Asleep. My wife noticed a drop off in Snoring. Overall love the soft cushy feel that you get from a really soft pillow top but with this mattress its only the first few inches and the. You have the firmness needed for back sleeping or back issues keeps you aligned throughout the nights positions. I have chronic low back pain I’m not quite ready to say this mattress has fixed that but it has relieved some of the daily pain when first out of bed.

It’s a comfortable bed but I expected a bit more . I’m a stomach sleeper and I still wake up with back, hip and neck pain . Is it better than my 150 dollar memory foam bed , yes it is . For the price of the helix dusk elite I expected a lot more comfortability.

It’s not terrible but not good. I have had any mattresses trying to find one that sleep well. Neither my wife or I have issues sleeping but we had trouble sleeping on this mattress I was more firm than expected. I woke up sore in areas I was not sore. I do have lower back pain from time to time and this mattress made it worse and have had poor sleep. I hate returning anything but will likely be doing that soon.
