We did not receive the seahorse accent pillows

This picture is what I thought I ordered. When I received it I had 3 of the eight items in the picture. Your staff tried to get me the pieces in the picture but the manufacturer said no. My options were to return everything or accept a discount. I chose the discount and am now trying to replace the items on my own. Pictured is just one of the items not in your picture Somebody dropped the ball here.
