Exquisite comforter, beautifully made, light as a proverbial cloud, and how refreshing to see it was not made in CHINA! It came from wonderful BROOKLYN!!!

The most important feature aside from comfort was that this Down had loops/ties present. The website clearly says that it does however it does not. And the other issue is that this comforter that we received is smaller than it's supposed to be. There's no question to the quality of this comforter however those of you who know how important it is to have loops/ties, this not having it is a huge convenience. Making matters worse, we did have correspondence through email at first. We were asked for pictures and various information, sent it in and then POOF! No more communication on Wayfair's end. We wrote two or three emails making sure they received the pictures and so on, but nothing. So today I had 30 minutes to call, when I got through there wasn't much they offered me other than to return the product or, keep it. I guess I was hoping for more direction, maybe help me find another comforter with the same options as this one-but with ties. Basically I'm left to do what I thought I already did-only because of poor description information, I have to do my research all over again. Between this comforter having no ties and being too small, could you believe the Duvet we ordered thru Wayfair for this was too big! (we left a review for it as well) smh Now I wish I had just went in store in person to make these purchases because this is a hassle having to take time to deal with all of this a second time. I've had good experiences with Wayfair but this is obviously not one of them..
