Very nice and heavy duvet. Has a liney feel to it. would imagine paired up with the right comforter should provide excellent warmth during the winter months. I believe it can be used without a comforter as well, being that the material is very heavy and feels like a quilt.

Was unsure about the texture of the bedding. But went ahead and ordered it. It is softer than I thought it would be. Picture is accurate. Softer than it looks!

There are no internal ties to hold the duvet in place - decent quality, but that is a huge negative.
