Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. However, the differences are, IMO, from superior engineering - especially how to toilet fits onto the floor and the plumbing connects. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. This toilet exceeded expectations. The design is sleek and modern, and the skirted base gives it a very clean, high-end look in the bathroom. The Universal Height is comfortable, and the one-piece construction makes cleaning much easier. Performance-wise, it’s excellent.
