This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. I cannot tell you hopw disappointed I am in Wayfair. They delivered a toilet that was completely shattered. Customer service was fine and they sent out another broken toilet 3 days later. I now have two broken toilets waiting to be picked up by Federal Express. After all that, Wayfair offered no discounts or compensation for screwing up twice and all they offered to do was send out a third toilet in the hopes its not completely shattered as well. I have purchased a lit from Wayfair over the years and I think its time I gave my business to a company that provides actual customer service and not one that just keeps shipping me broken toilets.. This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me.
