Love the tile! Shipping, however, was a nightmare. First delivery, we had two boxes of six which were snapped in half and unusable. Customer Care was very helpful in getting replacements sent, but they promised the packages would ship via Fed-Ex or UPS instead of a freight carrier so they would be handled more carefully and - once again- the boxes arrived and one of them was cracked and all of the tiles were broken. Still waiting on the replacement so we can finish our bathroom remodel.. Natasha. Omaha, NE. Sun Aug 30 2020

Beautiful floor tile. Got these to replace the ones I put down that broken when the heavy rains caused the cabin to sink on one side just enough to break these tiles. So I am keeping these for the shower I am putting in this year. I realized after I ordered them that I probably should go a different way with the rain. Got another foot this past week. I love Wayfair! I find what I need for the inside, outside and home improvement. These tiles took a while to get. They were delivered by a 2 man team. They came on a pallet and have a lot of support. The delivery team put the tiles where I needed them. Nice people. They are very nice. 2 by 4 feet make them heavy but so nice! Very nice Tiles! Should last a long time on a flat surface that is not a cabin. LOL. Kathie. Bowling Green, KY. Sun Apr 13 2025

Here's what I'll say about this tile. It's actually beautiful and very hard to find one that comes close to it - I genuinely tried. The one bad thing is I can't tell if this company is doing dynamic pricing or what. When I first found this tile it was $13/sq ft then rose to $36/ sqft then $42/sqft then they had a "50% off sale" for $21/sq ft. Pretty frustrating but i ended up hving to purchase it at that price. Now it's $20/sq ft. Not sure what the situation is but it didn't feel good and i tried very hard to find ones that matched my floor tiles as well as these did and could not so ended up going with them anyway at the higher price and they definitely look nice but just a little tough to swallow..
