The tile pattern is beautiful. However had these tiles professionally installed with a floor heating system underneath. The issue is because of the matte finish the grout gets into the matte finish and is unable to be wiped up completely leaving patches of grout everywhere and grout haze from the contractor wiping the grout lines to smooth them out. The floor looks filthy everywhere and is very much noticed at night time with lights on. $7000 kitchen floor is ruined immediately. Contractor came back and tried to clean floor with special chemical treatment to no avail.. Floor done 2 weeks ago. 450 tiles ruined in my brand new total ly gutted and remodeled kitchen. Tile contractor is certified and has never seen anything like this happen in his over 10 years of laying tile. Beware of this if buying this tile.

I love the tile although I was more impressed that it actually arrived with only 5 broke tiles out of 4 boxes. I was extremely worried it would come completely smashed. Very happy!
