Our toilet has worked flawlessly for 7+ years with a lot of daily use. I installed this toilet and noted it is a tad more difficult to install than a "standard" USA toilet. Any installation shortcut(s) and for sure there will be problems. This toilet was a great price and the exact one that I wanted for my daughter's bathroom. Unfortunately, it was shipped in two boxes. The tank arrived in great condition, but the bowl was in pieces. I contacted Wayfair right away (since my contractor needs to install the toilet as soon as the tile is complete) and they got back to me and said they will be sending out a replacement. Still waiting for the replacement, so I'm hoping that it will arrive soon and in one piece. Other than that, great customer service at a great price.
