We placed 2 orders for wall tile. The first order of 3 boxes arrived externally in very good condition and only the first box opened to verify the tiles were correct. The time period for reporting damage passed before another was opened to reveal 50% of tiles with a broken corner. Of course, we can't be sure this was not our fault somehow but, again, the exterior box and packing was all intact. Short on tiles needed for the project, we ordered a 4th box. This order contained the wrong tiles. As sometimes happens after a few deep breaths, we discovered the wrong tiles actually addressed a design issue we'd not been able to resolve.
