These delivery guys are heroes. Yes the tile came in good. Yes so far I've discovered nothing broken. And yes the drivers and delivery were extremely kind and apologetic for being so late. My delivery wait was more than 2 hrs later than stated, but these guys communicated with me. My major issue with wayfair is not the service or delivery. It's with your automated system of feed back. I was texted early morning about the schedule. But the tracking system needs more feed back. My delivery had a four hour window....but since there was no real time Loop, I was not told closer to the 4th hour, so I waited for 4hrs plus 2 more. Wayfair...COMMUNICATE with your drivers so they can tell us to be there or go about our day within a 1 hr delivery time. And space out deliveries! This could have waited another couple of days...be honest if you have issues...and DONT BLAME THE DRIVERS!!! They went above and beyond but really? I had to do an unplanned mini bathroom reno due to leak. I needed it done ASAP, so I needed to get the new floor tile fast. I’m renovating our bathroom and am new to tiling and was concerned about scratch marks when grouting. These tiles however, are stainless steel encased ceramic on a fiberglass mesh so were extremely easy to mount, shined up perfectly after using non sanded grout, and look amazing.. Torsten. The real Crema Marfil is quarried near Alicante, Spain, and is technically a limestone. However, it is widely labeled as a Marble because it can be polished to a high shine. It has a subtle beige veined background and is an excellent material if you are looking for a gentle warm neutral color palette. Please beware of less expensive options on the market quarried often from Turkey, Indonesia, Egypt, or China as they have less desirable yellow, pink or red hues.
