The toilet works fine, but cleaning it is way too hard. The special finish on it has to be cared for in a certain way and you cannot use bleach or acid products. I clean it at least weekly, sometimes more. But it is a real chore to keep the hard water stains at bay. The hardest toilet to keep clean I have ever owned. For this reason I would not have bought this model had I known. My guess is this is one reason they discontinued this model. I looked on the internet and there are many complaints about how difficult it is to keep clean.
