I will not order from your company again. The distributor you use is totally incompetent. Initially I received 2 of the 3 boxes containing my purchase. The third box left the distribution center and then was lost in outer space. Three weeks of back and forth phone calls finally found results. New boxes were sent out instead of just the lost one. Thus, an entire toilet in 2 boxes had to be returned. Finally I have what I need after 3 weeks and having to cancel my plumber twice. Very happy with this purchase. Directions for install are a little hard to follow but I figured it out!

The Toto toilet is highly efficient. This is the first time we are using such an efficient system. We are all very happy that we bought it. The performance efficiency of this toilet is very high. It has a dual flush system that saves water and it also meets the ADA compliance. We like the appearance of the toilet. Everyone is very happy. We are all enjoying it when we are using it. I can recommend to everyone to buy such an efficient system.

Typically use the Niagara stealth toilets but needed a 10 rough in this time. The installation was straight forward and the performance has been great (for being 1gpf average) over the last 2 weeks. Only draw back was the price. Would have preferred to spend less than 300. But still would recommend.

High quality toilet and price was better than other stores. I love all TOTO products and this was no different. It fit into my small apartment remodel perfectly.
