We ordered 5 boxes of tile in total; 2 came in one shipping box and 3 were in a different shipment. Well we go to install, and the box of 2 boxes were great, but the shipped container with 3 boxes were chipped badly, indicating rough handling by the shipper. The tile should be separated by cushioning to prevent this type of damage from happening during shipping. Very disappointed that we are just out of the 30 day return window.... beware and make sure to check for chipping when tiles are ordered...
