I ordered this and returned it before it was installed because it has small holes for the spray and no rubber tips. Our water is hard and I need rubber tips, otherwise it would mean that I would have to frequently soak it in vinegar water to remove the scale. I don't like it when you're forced to unfairly rate something that affects the overall score of the item. If you don't live in a hard water area it might be great for you. It's made of metal so it's got some weight and doesn't feel cheap.

Low water pressure when used with 3 way diverter

This shower head was supposed to be 6-7 inch. When received it was 4 and needed to be returned
