Installing with the Ell as a DIY project looked like a potential disaster so I bypassed this step. Setup was otherwise straightforward. Wife and I love the adjustable height, water settings and the look. Wish the oil rubbed bronze finish wasn't so expensive but at the time of purchase, Wayfair had best deal. Delivery was quick, package intact and contained all parts. Pleasant shopping experience!

I had these Moen handheld shower heads installed in my bathroom redos a few years ago. Recently moved and HAD to have the same shower heads in the new bathrooms. They are wonderful. Four settings. You won't be sorry.

Classy looking bathroom hardware.

I had a Moen hand held shower in my previous house. This one does not measure up to that one. The hose from the shower head to the water source is not as heavy and the shower head does not stay in position in the bracket. It “droops”. There is no way to tighten it. I should have gone to a plumbing supply that deals with a better quality Moen product.
