Only the tank was received not the entire toilet.

By far the best price for this toilet is through Wayfair. Very happy with the toilet.

The toilet and tank look great.... but beware of the installation. This is no generic toilet install and depending on the situation it may require additional parts. Unfortunately, the installation instructions are NOT available (neither at Kohler nor at Build), so you don't know what you are getting yourself into. Furthermore, once you get the toilet and discover the installation instructions, they are so badly presented (simple figs with no text, at times misleading) that you are on your own. In my case I required a 10" adapter (at extra cost since the toilet comes standard with a 12" adapter), which required me to drill holes in the concrete to put in concrete anchors. But the design of the parts to be anchored is so bad they don't leave room for a socket driver, making this difficult. In total, it was such a pain trying to make things fit because of bad design. And let me tell you about the tank!. Forget your wrench, you will require nimble fingers and a deep socket to fasten the nuts because the toilet design leaves impossible space to reach the tightening nuts. And pay attention to the included parts because nowhere do the instructions say what to use. Parts are not labeled nor described in the instructions. Again you are on your own. Finally, pay great attention to the seat selection because it will require attaching with specialized anchors that only some seats include (no classic screw and nut). But nowhere is this mentioned.... I messed up and now I'm waiting for a replacement parts so I can finally install my seat and get this to work. So glad we did it ourselves because a contractor would have gone bananas and cost an arm and a leg given all the kinks. I wish Kohler would provide better installation instruction and up front so folks know what they are getting into...

The Veil toilet is lovely, but uninstallable. At the end, you have screw bolts into the side. Side install bolts don't catch the cams for this toilet and the cams keep breaking -- the cylinder in the cam falls out. It comes with two. I tried 4. None worked. All broke. Now I have a worthless toilet. I have installed a dozen toilets, including other manufacturer's that have a like skirtless design.
