The shower set was great but the instructions were incorrect. So after trimming the faucet pipe to the instructions the faucet did not fit. Kohlers answer was to send me a new faucet that fit the shorter pipe rather than pay for a plumber to fix the pipe for the faucet. Moral is to be wary of instructions.
