Arrived all in one piece, as described, and on time. It has a soft close lid which is cool. Plumber seemed to have an ok time putting it in. No complaints!

I do not like kohler products as they are overated and expensive and the quality is poor. They do not stand up. However this was the only toilet I could find that could fit in the area that I had, as there is a height restriction for the tank.

Good looking toilet, but really pricey. Functions as described.

We like this toilet very much. It turns out to be the brightest spot in our newly renovated bathroom. It's easy to clean, including the areas around it because of it's streamlined design.

Love everything about this toilet. Only problem was getting a plumber to install it. Both plumbers that came by didn't know how to install the toilet. Was a bit of a challenge but looks great and functions perfectly once done.
