Bought as a gift that was appreciated

This faucet set gets 5 stars for looks. However, it falls down on function. The water does not come out with much force so while it might look like a rainfall shower head, it doesn't work like one. Plus the part of the shower head where the water comes out is made of plastic which leads to my biggest issue. After only one month of use, 3 of the jets don't work and no longer have water coming out. I fear that over time, this is only going to get worse. This is not an inexpensive product and I now wish I had purchased something else.

This is a very clean, contemporary looking set. Had it installed by our plumber in our guest bathroom.
