We bought this as part of a bathroom remodel and LOVE it. We've never had one or used one before and we're very happy we got this one. Great features. Easy to use after the first few times. We find that we set our preferences in the profiles and seldom change them. It's quiet, sanitary, effective, and a big help as we age.

This is a great gadget to have, we liked it so much that we ordered a second one. Every toilet should have one and I have already convinced 3 of my friends to buy one too.

I am very pleased with many of the features on this bidet seat. The product arrived in good condition promptly, always a good start. The warm seat function and night light are great. The different levels of control for each function is wonderful for multiple users. The front sprayer is not quite what I would recommend for positioning for females, you have to adjust quite a bit on the seat no matter what angle you set it to. The warm water function is awesome.The biscuit color and elongated seat matched our 18 year old Kohler toilet very well.My only other small complaint would be that now that we have had the seat for about 6 weeks the silent close lid squeaks a bit as it's almost closed. I would definitely recommend this product, hopefully in future models of this seat they can adjust the front water sprayer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first you will find it complicated to replace it for the top part of the toilet. my husband spent almost 1 hour to replace it and install everything. but the result is beyond my imagination. it is really a modern, useful, and smart product. and especially the design is compact, easy to use. i will not be able to use public toilets anymore.
