I love my new pedestal sink by Kohler. Shipped quickly to my porch in perfect condition in two boxes (pedestal and sink) so each box would not be too heavy to handle. Perfect!

This is a beautiful sink! Wayfair does a GREAT JOB with packaging! They shipped the 2 original boxes inside 2 larger boxes with extra foam protection. I purchased this same item at another company and the 2 pieces arrived on separate days, one on Friday and the other on Tuesday. The sink arrived on Tuesday and the box was in terrible shape and there was bubble wrap on the outside of the box. Somebody damaged it and then decided to wrap it with bubble wrap. The sink was in the second box and it was cracked. I took both pieces to the store for a refund. I asked if I could order the sink only and they said it needed to be sold as a set. The store did not have this item in-stock, so I ordered again. This time, the pedestal was broken and the sink was okay. I called their customer service and they sent a pickup tag and shipped another sink and pedestal. On my third attempt, the pedestal was broken in about 6-10 pieces and the sink was okay. I gave up and took it back to the store for a refund. We really wanted this specific sink. I tried to find a business that had it in-stock, so I could purchase and bring it home in one piece. My wife found this same pedestal sink at Wayfair and we decided to give it a try. We were very pleased when we received both pieces in perfect shape. Thank you Wayfair!!! In the 4 pictures below, the last one is showing how Wayfair packed the sink. Great Job! They know how to ship!!!
