Very unhappy. I ordered a drop in tub, this is an alcove tub. My tub is supposed to drop into a deck with all sides exposed. Now I have to pay $200 to have it returned, because your descriptions are misleading

Great tub. Deep and comfy. Mayfair delivered it to the wrong house. Not even the right neighborhood. I waited nearly 6 months to get the 1st one delivered (that they Lost) even though they said it was in stock. The replacement was another 6 months even though customer service said it was in stock. We located the 1st tub shortly before the 2nd was delivered. So just beware.

Love this tub. Can't understand the lukewarm reviews. I think it is because some are not aware that this is a TILE IN tub, so has no front. As long as you are aware of that and plan to have tiled in (needs 3 sides to connect)..it is great!
