No negative stars available to give to Wayfair, but read Thai revue as minus five stars! We received used product that did not fit Kohler’s own mixing valve. We returned the product and 3 months later Wayfair is still not providing refund. Awful customer service. Terrible “company centric” policies. Will never buy from them again. Absolute disaster.
