Kohler products are 5 star. I have been using them for all of my bathroom renos. But the Wayfair website said the wall supply elbow was included in the kit and it was not. The issue was eventually resolved but only after an email and FOUR phone calls.

Note that when you click the “specifications” it says this comes with the hand shower, slide bar, and hose - but it actually only comes with the handshower. The bar and hose are not included.

There’s no way this showerhead is a 2.5 gpm. I have other showerheads at 2.5 gpm, and their pressure is a LOT more than this Kohler showerhead. I couldn’t see a flow restrictor to remove to increase the pressure, so am returning this one. I just bought a house with Kohler fixtures, and I was trying to match the existing system. Am keeping the Kohler hose, however, as it is good quality and fits my existing bracket that holds the showerhead.

Love the size of this shower head. And I really like that I can easily turn down the flow while shaving my legs in the shower.
