They sent me a OPEN AND USED broken valve. I couldn’t wait for a replacement and had to buy it locally. They charged me to return it, which I shouldn’t have to because it was all their fault.

Beautiful! Purchased the entire Fairfax collection in oil-rubbed bronze (which is a very dark brown, bordering on black...no coppery accents like other oil-rubbed bronze brands, i.e.; Moen). Looks amazing, packaged properly, no install issues reported by our plumber. Only four stars b/c it doesn't come w/the drain assembly & it really, really should. My plumber tried another oil-rubbed bronze drain & it's more like antique brass compared to the Kohler oil-rubbed bronze. You will have to order drain assembly from Kohler directly or a wholesaler to complete this Deck-Mount Bath Faucet ensemble as every oil-rubbed bronze is specific to their brand, pretty inconvenient.

This valve system should work great with the other Kohler faucets I have ordered! Great company.
