They sent me a OPEN AND USED broken valve. I couldn’t wait for a replacement and had to buy it locally. They charged me to return it, which I shouldn’t have to because it was all their fault.

This valve system should work great with the other Kohler faucets I have ordered! Great company.

I needed this valve system to switch brands. It took me awhile to get around to installing it, but everything works fantastic. The hi-flow is no gimmick, this thing really lets the water flow! With my old valves, it took between a minute or two to get hot water up two levels, now it takes less than 8 seconds. I use the tub faucet just to boost hot water to my shower and it works fantastic.

Seems to be exactly the part needed.
