Inspected toilet and everything was fine until after install and we heard leaking. Installers took out the toilet and found an area that was patched and cracked.I’m now left to work with Kohler to try to remedy the situation. Going to be a hard sell as Wayfair is obviously responsible here regardless of whether it was 30 days or 45 days past delivery.
