This hand rail is great as it is with the accessory of the teak shelf. Well done to the designer of the in looks, style, function and purpose. I would have given 5 stars except for the delivery was missing 2 out of the four wall clamps and the instructions. That started the chain of mishaps. For a company as Kohler that could not help Wayfair and even myself Kohler close their business at 5:00PM daily Monday to Friday. This is a darn shame, a waste of time and money. It put my project back 3 weeks. No wonder why items cost so much to pay for mistakes that need not have to be made. It seems companies do not have the time to do it right the first time but spends the effort, time and money to redo what they should have done the first time.

I love the sleek style of this item. Just wish you sold it in other lengths. My shower area need to be elderly accessible, with style so when my mom isn't living with me I don't have a bathroom looking like a disabled bathroom.

It’s a great grab bar that doesn’t look like a generic grab bar. The brackets that attach to the walls slide along the back of the bar, so it’s easy to align the brackets with existing studs. I was very happy not to have to put additional bracing in the wall before installing this bar as part of two bathroom remodels.gmai
