The colors and design on this beach towel are very pretty. Bright and bold. The size is great! However, the towel is very thin. I was expecting it to be thick and luxurious at the price it is. Disappointing.

I absolutely love this Jonathan Adler beach towel and, I suspect, it will quickly become my favorite summer beach towel. The first thing you notice is the quality of the fabric. It isn’t too thick or too thin. The cotton is soft against the skin and it will be absorbent without taking forever to dry in the sun. The design is exactly what you would expect from the Jonathan Adler brand. The geometric patterns are bold and sophisticated and the colors are even more vibrant in person than they appear in the website photos. The shades of blue and green are rich and saturated. I have no reason to believe they will fade in the washer or after multiple trips to the beach. One of my favorite features is the generous size. It is large enough to fully cover a standard lounge chair or to provide plenty of space for stretching out on the sand. It is well made with sturdy edges that will not fray. I suspect I will get compliments on the unique style this summer. It definitely brings a touch of high end boutique flair. If you are looking for a towel that combines designer aesthetics with practical durability this is definitely the one to get.

I was expecting a very luxurious beach towel for the price. But there is nothing luxurious about this towel except the colors. The colors are pretty, but the towel is very thin. It is not something I’d like to wrap myself in after a cool swim. Two stars for the pretty colors, but that’s it.
