I’ve had Grohe products for 20 years so when my shower head broke I ordered a new kit. The shower head holes spit water in all different directions. I can work to open them up, but the next time I shower they do it again. I have a softener system so it’s not my water, it’s the shower head. Much poorer quality than my previous Grohe products.
