Issue #1: The item was a 4 parcel shipment, not sure why, considering two of the boxes are just parts and all packages show shipping from the same location. Issue #2: We still haven’t received one of the packages, therefore cannot finish installing the door. Issue #3: The tracking number on the missing package just shows pending with no updates or expected delivery date. Issue #4: The wrong support brace was sent (not the right length or angle), therefore the glass piece attached to the wall is not stable.

To get a true 30.75 width door, you would have to leave to wide of gaps between the wall the fixed panel and the door. The clamps that hold the fixed panel to the wall shouldn't have slotted screws, they strip trying to tighten them like it calls for in the instructions. The door came with a chip out of the top edge of the door, it had to have been shipped that way because there was no sliver of glass when it was taken from the packaging, and besides that, I can't see anyway possible for it to get chipped like it was, with the way it is packaged for shipping. So if you want to know if I would recommend your company to anyone that asks about the door, Probably not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never installed a completely frameless shower enclosure like this and was worried that I wasn’t experienced enough to do it, but was completely surprised by how easy it actually was. The whole kit shipped in three boxes and were packaged very well. One boxed panel was torn all the way to the glass, and I was worried that the bottom corner was chipped, but all was well. The written directions are for the most part clear, but the video link that is included makes the install all the more clearer (although it only shows the installation of the door on the right). The door placement is reversible, however is not clearly explained that the door can be placed on the right or the left. The GW code just needs to be on the bottom corner. It can be inside or outside the shower. I had no problem getting that information, it just wasn’t included in the directions. The hardware is heavy duty and good quality. I’m not a huge fan of the 45 degree shower rod, because of the way it looks, but I understand why it’s there. It’s not shown in any of the pictures. Directions should say whether it is necessary or not. (I chose not to install it) This enclosure looks amazing!

The set came packaged very well and everything was intact when it arrived. All the measurements were precise because everything fit perfectly within our space. The glass is extremely heavy so it’s best installed by two people. The instructions were very clear and the company even made a set of YouTube videos in case further help was needed with instillation. The seamless glass makes it easy to clean and the high quality of materials will likely mean this will be our last shower door instillation. We highly recommend it.
