The piece is beautiful and blends with the other elif the bathroom. The issues I had was that it arrived at my house as one piece and I couldn't separate the back plate from the body of the holder. After returning the initial piece, getting a replacement and a few calls to the manufacturer I realized that to separate the unit into pieces so it can be served into the wall, you need to use a vice grip wrench and a beastly twist. That worked. But I had to figure that out for myself. The piece should really be delivered in separate parts.

Can someone tell me how to unscrew the two connected parts so i can attach one to the wall I live the holder, but It has been a nightmare to call to customer service to wayfair then to bass tech. Now have to send them the pucks and receipts. I wish that we could go back to shopping in person (
