This was a nightmare trying to order this tile…. 3 times they messed up the order. Instead of sending 1 box, they would send one literal sheet. Which, btw, never came fully in tact because of being in a box too large for it. They refunded our money pretty quickly but each time we reordered…. Same thing! Ended up going with a local store.

The tiles were falling off of the grid in the box. I ordered boxes and only got tiles. They were priced incorrectly.

Wayfair created a colossal mess with my order of this product. I verified the per square foot price, the number of sheets per box, and used the calculator to ensure I ordered the correct amount of boxes. However, Wayfair delivered 24 SHEETS instead of 24 boxes, and refused to fix the problem. They refunded the money, but I'm out product I had counted on. Wayfair business model: Better to lose a customer than lose a dollar!

I ordered a case of tile (15 sheets) and was sent one sheet (a sample). Having to wait another week for a hopeful replacement shipment to come.

Terrible experience. It took them three months to deliver me one box at a time/each month- as others say, not as advertised for the square footage. After three attempts I will be asking for a refund.
