I love the tile in the pic! Actual tile is basically totally grey (not pretty blue grey) with some muddy dark beige color mixed in. I have bought slate before for other projects. It comes in many lovely colors. This tile has none of those except grey.

Used these beautiful tiles to cover an outdoor pathway. Have received tons of compliments from everyone who passes by. The tile must be set over concrete for the additional support to hold up. We placed three tiles alongside eachother to form a 48" wide row and separated each row going back with red polished small pebbles to pick up the colors in the tiles. I would recommend no more than 2" between each row of pebbles, especially if you need to pull a wheelchair or any wheeling object along the path. Pros: Great and unique look, designer look, looks very expensive, was a great value, Cons: Need to see wear over time, must be careful with handling as they are not too thick. Again, must be placed on supportive concrete or similar backing.

Love the slate, but it comes in a natural earthy color and the grey and gold. I wanted the grey and gold, but received the earthy color. Would be a good choice for an entryway or kitchen redo.
