I ordered 5 boxes of these tiles and got 5 tiles.They were all chipped up. So they reordered 5 boxes again and again I got 5 tiles and again they were all chipped up. Needless to say, I can't use them for my project and I gave up on actually getting the 5 boxes I originally ordered. Disappointing.

The tile itself is nice, but not worth the very high price. There are other textured tiles that are much more reasonably priced. I ordered this product, and another from Emser, both on sale for a very good advertised price per square foot. For both orders they sent *individual tiles* instead of *boxes*, so I got a tenth of the tile I paid for. Wayfair refunded my money after multiple attempts to get the order fixed, but it appears this seller is incompetent or dishonest, I don't recommend them.
