This is beautiful tile, modern and classic. It will never go out of style.

This review is not about the quality of the tile itself, but rather the experience/challenge someone might have when trying to get the tile and Wayfair's reported inability to help resolve it satisfactorily. In total, we ordered 11 boxes of this tile - 5 each of two different patterns and 1 box of smooth unpatterned tile for edges. The first batch of patterned tiles arrived with the expected amount of damage - some breakage is always expected in normal shipping transit (hence why it's important to order extra). This batch was secured and packed well (e.g., padding, spacing), which means that they have the ability to pack and ship appropriately. Two days later, the rest were delivered (5 patterned, one plain). These were clearly packed/shipped completely differently in a manner that I can only describe as maliciously neglectful. By that I mean no meaningful padding/spacing/support structures were included. On top of that, FedEx must not have seen the "fragile" tape on the boxes or perhaps they accidentally fell off a cliff and someone decided it was fine to deliver anyway. The vaguely box-shaped lumps that were dropped on my doorstep were full of - surprise! - broken tile boxes. I mean, IF YOU CAN SEE THE BROKEN TILE through the gaping holes of the outer shipping box, something is pretty wrong. After sorting through all the tile, we were able to salvage approximately 2 boxes worth of unbroken stripe-patterned, so I reached out to Wayfair to get 3 boxes of replacement tile shipped. As I had ample photographic evidence of the issue, this part was not a problem. What is a problem is that Wayfair's customer service (who was very polite but just had no options available to help) was unable to offer any strategies for how to do this differently than before or how to get me anything quickly. The replacements won't be packed for 5 days (with apparently no way to speed this process up) and it will be shipped via the same FedEx ground shipping that messed this up the first time. I was told that after I receive the tracking information, I could attempt to call FedEx and see if they can expedite shipping on my own dime. Our contractor had the tilers scheduled for the end of this week, so without a known way to expedite order processing and shipping, we are going to be taking a financial hit for being off-schedule and can't even estimate when we might be ready since I'm not about to book the tilers again without having enough actual tile in my possession for that part of our renovation project. In theory, this tile is great - it has the look we wanted and the website accurately described the product style and color. However, receiving a product that isn't in shards is an unequivocal prerequisite to being able to use it, and thus I cannot give theoretical tile a positive review at this time. I will update if that changes. My recommendation and warning to anyone else looking to purchase tile (and this tile in particular) from Wayfair is to 1) Order WAY more than you think you need (more than double the amount you actually need) so you have the option to get a refund on the broken bits instead of gambling on whether or not replacements will show up, and 2) DO NOT order from Wayfair at all if you are in any kind of time crunch. It might seem like a cost savings on paper, but I can tell you that all the tile I ordered from local tile shops don't arrive several weeks late and in shards.

This tile was perfect for my bathroom. I searched locally and couldn’t find anything so I took a chance and ordered this and it was better than I imagined!
