Customers praise the product for its exceptional softness, high-quality material, and comfortable feel underfoot. Many highlight its excellent absorbency and quick-drying properties, likening the experience to a luxury hotel spa. However, customers have mixed opinions about its thickness, with some finding it surprisingly plush while others feel it is too thin and resembles a standard bath towel. Additionally, some users note that the lack of a non-slip backing causes the product to slide on the floor.
