5 star tile, 2-3 star service from Wayfair. The tile itself...very good quality. Good texture and few if any bent or problem tiles. Looks a bit grayer than the photos. If you want neutral or warm wood then go for the next shade darker. My only issue is that Wayfair really struggles to deal in tile, ever order I have made has had a failure in price, lost or delayed delivery or misdescribed inventory. This is why they lost a star on this tile.

Update, got tile Great, not one broken piece. It is darker than pictured, but looks great on my floor. Not sure yet, I ordered the tile on the 9th of August, it is still not here, shipping is showing it will arrive around 21 August, maybe.

So far, we like how it looks in the kitchen. Only complaint is that we had to buy a lot more than we needed because it’s only sold by the box. Looks very barn wood like.

This was the perfect flooring for my contemporary, white bathroom. The quality is great for the price, and we liked this floor so much that we decided to lay it in our second bathroom as well.

Beautiful tile, perfect size for a smaller bathroom.
