This is a piece of garbage. I ordered because of the easy close drawers. Their difficult to open and fall off their rails. I had a professional to fix the rails and he said one of the drawers was off. Then, later after they're fixed, another one comes off the rails. These are not easy to get back on the rails. I've never had an issue getting a drawer back on its rails before this monstrosity. And, support keeps sending me emails and offering me a partial refund which I have accepted but never got and they closed the support request but sent me a follow-up email today but I can't respond because it's closed. Must be another stupid AI replacing people. Maybe the Better Business Bureau will have better luck.
