Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there was a small pull of the fabric on one of the arms and the buttons are a bit deceiving in that there are 2 buttons where one button reclines back and the other forward.. so a bit unnecessary to have 2 but it’s not a game changer.. Got Mallow in Ash. I would call the color greige-so beige with gray undertones but reads beige in my room with beige walls. I really like it even though I don't normally like gray and the pattern is beautiful & the fabric feels luxurious & soft. I feel meh about the headrest function but the chair recline mode overall is great. I bought for nursing, but am currently using while pregnant & it offers phenomenal back support.
